The Ambassador Program by Palette Software

We are happy to see that you are interested in our Ambassador Program. Our ambassadors are very important to us and with the program we can give value back to the customers who share their experiences. By telling your story to potential new Palette customers, or Palette users interested in more modules, you give information beyond what we can do.

How it works

Sign up for the ambassador program and select the activities you would like to participate in. After that we will contact you shortly and give you more information. When you have performed an activity, you register that on this website. We keep track of all points you earn and will update you regularly. Please contact ambassador@palettesoftware.com if you have any questions or would like to know more about your total points. On this website you also find the different rewards we offer. Choose your reward at any given time and send an email to ambassador@palettesoftware.com informing us who you are and what you would like to order. That´s how easy it is!

Activities to choose from

Quotes – 5 points/year

If we have your story already, we choose two quotes that can be published on the website and/or to promote events or campaigns. If we don´t have your story we will interview you (by phone) and suggest two quotes to use. All with your acceptance of course.

 

The system learns by itself, and we don't need to reinvent the wheel every day. This means that we have more time for other things.

Site review - 5 points/review

You write a review about Palette's solutions on a public site for software reviews, i.e. G2Crowd or Capterra.

 

Phone call from a potential Palette customer – 10 points/call

New customers often want to talk to a user to listen to their experience and have the possibility to ask questions. A call usually takes about 15-30 minutes. You can always refer to bad timing if you´re not able to take the call (or suggest another time).

 

Logo exposure – 10 points/year

We publish your logotype on the website to show that you are a customer of ours. The logo might also be used in other marketing collateral where we expose customer logos.

 

 

Email campaign – 10 points/campaign

When we promote our solutions in email campaigns it is very valuable to write about a customer experience as well. If we have your story already, we will select text from it, if not we will interview you (by phone) and suggest what message to send. All with your acceptance of course.

 

Written case study – 20 points/year

Participating in a case study is a great way to tell your story. We interview you (by phone or face to face) and draft a story that you can change until it reflects your experience. In the story we display your logotype and pictures to visualize your business and it is a good way for you to show that you´re in the forefront of automation. All case studies will be published on our website and if promoted in a campaign as well, you get the extra 10 points for that.

Microsoft branded case study – 20 points/year

This is a written case study that will be Microsoft branded and published to support Palette's presentation on Microsoft's different partner portals. To be eligible for this activity, you are using our cloud service PaletteOnline with an integration to a Microsoft ERP.

 

Visit from a potential Palette customer – 25 points/visit

New customers often want to talk or meet a user to listen to their experience and have the possibility to ask questions. A visit often takes about 1-2 hours, sometimes with some preparations. You can always refer to bad timing if you´re not able to take the visit (or suggest another time).

 

Multimedia case study – 30 points/year

Participating in a case study is a great way to tell your story. After a short interview we prepare a script followed by a recording session. If you prefer, we can do the recording in interview mode as well. In the video we display your logotype and pictures or recorded sequences to visualize your business. It is a good way for you to show that you´re in the forefront of automation and video is an appreciated format. All multimedia case studies will be published on our website and if promoted in a campaign as well, you get the extra 10 points for that.

Speaking opportunity at an event – 30 points/event

If you´re comfortable on stage a speaking opportunity is highly appreciated by the audience and our customers telling their story live have received great feedback. To prepare for the speaking session, we interview you and draft a script if you are interested. By doing that we can assist with rhetorical fine tuning and optimizing the message for the audience on site.
